It was a muddy start to the Student Accommodation project in Stoke but now things are really getting off the ground. This 300 apartment development for SCI Contracts will be welcoming new students by the Autumn. The concrete substructure will be complemented by pre-fabricated units constructed offsite which will speed up the overall project completion time. Our sister company G-frame Structures completed a similar project for SCI at Loughborough University last year.
