The Riverside Retail Project in Stafford will provide over 190,000 sq ft of retail and leisure units facing the river, along with a multi-storey car park offering over 1,000 spaces. Our work includes the formwork, fixing reinforcement and placing of concrete to the substructure and superstructure. The substructure consists of pile cap foundations, ground beam foundations, lift shaft bases, walls and upstands. The superstructure works consist of in situ concrete walls, columns and suspended slabs.
