Basement car parking, retaining walls floor slabs & ground beams, to a four to six storey residential development. The site is located alongside the river in a flood prone area, which requires very careful waste management and environmental awareness. Our work is the second phase of the development, so avoiding noise pollution for the existing local residents is another key factor in this project.
