Work consisted of the construction of the substructure of pile caps, ground beam foundations, lift shaft bases, walls, upstands and a concrete ground floor slab. The superstructure is an insitu concrete structure consisting of concrete walls, columns, suspended concrete slabs and insitu concrete stairwells. The complete floor area of the building is approximately 6900m² with ground, first and second floor levels.
