Super Home, Greater London

This super-home basement in the Greater London area was recently completed by Murform for a valued client. Our scope of work included site enabling and access road construction, piling, and the implementation of a full de-watering strategy. We successfully executed a 14,000m³ bulk excavation, a 1,500m² reinforced concrete basement with a curved entrance ramp, and a 500m² below-ground reinforced concrete irrigation tank, along with all associated site drainage and services.

Murform also provided the full basement waterproofing package and comprehensive warranty upon completion of the works.

The project was delivered on time and within budget. Thanks to our early involvement, we were able to introduce cost-saving measures throughout the build and proactively design out potential risks, ensuring seamless progress on site.
